Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, California residents have the right to direct a business not to “sell” or “share” their personal information. Under that law, “sell” means disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, and “share” means disclosing it for cross‑context behavioural advertising. Both terms are broader than they sound, and can cover disclosures made through advertising and analytics technologies even where no money changes hands.
Much of the information we hold about our customers is financial information governed by the Gramm‑Leach‑Bliley Act, which the CCPA does not cover. We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or extension transmits a GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of the personal information associated with that browser. Because such a signal is tied to a browser rather than to a person, submitting the form below allows us to apply your choice more broadly.
You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide written proof of authorisation, and may ask you to verify your own identity directly with us.
We ask only for what we need to find your records and verify who you are. We will not use this information for any other purpose.

We do not charge a fee, and we will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide you a different level of service because you exercised your rights.
